Marketing Communications Executive

Responsibilities

  • Create content to be used across various media and PR platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration

  • Create and update marketing collaterals including presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools

  • Work on FSM website, developing, editing and maintaining content, including fund manager interviews, articles, newsletters and video/podcast content, etc.

  • Edit and review reports/communication submitted by research and customer service channels

  • Responsible for execution of all internal and external content and communication

  • Work with management in disseminating the companys planned messages to print, TV and online media/journalists/press

Responsibilities

  • Handling the B2B (business to business) initiative of the company that focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial advisors engaged in the business of selling mutual funds and / or insurance / other financial products

  • Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds/ Life Insurance to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)

  • Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process

  • Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same

  • Business Generation and Opportunity Identification

Requirements

Account Management Executive - Kolkata

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the database of IFAs (already empanelled and prospective)

  • Coordinating with Operations team in tracking the status of empanelment and updating the same to Business Development team / IFAs

  • Coordinating with customer service team for speedy resolution of IFA queries

  • Ensuring timely information and updates on various products/new offerings / contests etc are given to the IFAs

  • Supporting the Business Development team in terms of coordinating with IFAs invited for trainings/ seminars conducted by iFAST from time to time

  • Following up with vendors to ensure the various stationery requirements of the BD/IFA are provided for

  • Maintaining the business MIS and providing relevant reports on the same whenever required by BD team

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day to day accounting and book keeping

  • Filing and documentation

  • Performing bank and other ledger reconciliations

  • Maintain fixed assets register and AR maintenance

  • Preparation of cash flows, processing staff claims and payments through cheques/DD, NEFT, RTGS including foreign remittances

  • Making sure that accounts/payments are compliant from tax perspective

  • Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments

  • Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns, service tax returns

  • Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in commerce/accounting

  • Responsible for statutory payments and timelines

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
