Business Development Manager - Delhi


  • Handling the B2B (business to business) initiative of the company that focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial advisors engaged in the business of selling mutual funds and / or insurance / other financial products

  • Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds/ Life Insurance to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)

  • Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process

  • Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same

  • Business Generation and Opportunity Identification

  • Key Account Acquisition, Management and Relationship Building

  • Planning, forecasting and reviewing of market trends

  • Customer Relationship Management


  • MBA with relevant experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of prior work experience

  • Passionate, driven and result oriented and willing to take ownership

Software Developer


  • Gather user technical requirements and translate them into system designs

  • Actively evaluate, design and develop software modules, application and solutions

  • Software testing and quality control


  • Degree in Computer Science/Application, Technology or related field

  • Must have strong technical expertise in programming and coding skills

  • Development experience in Java is mandatory

  • Familiar with J2EE, MVC, Weblogic, XML and Oracle

Content & Communications Specialist


  • Write, review and edit articles/reports and press releases on personal finance related topics and specific topics on Mutual Funds and upload onto the websites

  • Work with management in disseminating the companys planned messages to print, TV and online media/journalists/press through use of social media, public relations and newsletters

  • Responsible for content promotion of companys websites and social media marketing

  • Optimize all content across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc) using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Manage and run the Facebook page of and update the FSM in the Press file on the website

  • Maintain regular interactions with the press and collate, analyze and evaluate media coverage

  • Interview international and domestic fund managers for market insights and create videos for the website

  • Work with multi-functional teams on developing content for brochures, contests, exhibits, campaigns, for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill


  • Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Keen interest in business and financial planning-related news

  • Knowledge of HTML, link building, internet marketing and Search Engine Optimization boosters

  • Motivated and able to work well in a team as well as independently

  • Ability to meet very tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
