Fixed Income Executive

  • Liaising and follow up with the vendor for transaction files, customer updates, renewal information etc.

  • Maintaining application series provided by the vendor for Capital Gains 54EC product

  • Data checking and system uploads for products like Sovereign gold bonds and other products in the Stock Exchange

  • Continuous monitoring and informing of circulars published by the Stock exchange and ascertain impact on products distributed

  • File uploads and management for government securities and corporate bonds

  • Raising invoices with the vendors for the products sold and tracking of payments, for internal and external purpose

  • Graduate in any stream (preferably commerce)

Assistant Operations Manager

  • Ensure smooth operations within the company with a focus to improve company efficiency

  • Manage a team of executives

  • Coordinates projects and facilitate roll out of new of improved services

  • Oversee daily operations such as fund set up, transfer ins and transfer outs within TAT, processing of daily orders, checking of commission payment, and handling daily enquiries

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate actions

Compliance Executive

  • Preparation & timely submission of various forms, reports and other documents to Exchanges/Depositories

  • Assisting in ensuring exchange / DP-related compliances applicable to the Company under SEBI Act, SCRA, Rules, Regulations & Bye-laws of Exchange and Circulars issued by SEBI/CDSL/BSE from time to time

  • Assisting in handling Investor Grievances as per regulatory guidelines

  • Assisting in Concurrent and Internal Audits and Inspection by SEBI/CDSL/BSE etc.

  • Reviewing & updating company forms and internal documents in line with applicable stock broking / DP guidelines

  • Provide clients with information about products/new offerings and enhancements etc.

  • Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds/ Life Insurance to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)

  • Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process

  • Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same

  • Train analysts to understand the companys research methodology and improve their research capabilities

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accountancy or Engineering with 1 - 3 years of work experience in mutual fund / equity / market research

  • A professional certification (CFA/CFP/LIFA or equivalent) is desirable
