Compliance Executive

  • Preparation & timely submission of various forms, reports and other documents to Exchanges/Depositories

  • Assisting in ensuring exchange / DP-related compliances applicable to the Company under SEBI Act, SCRA, Rules, Regulations & Bye-laws of Exchange and Circulars issued by SEBI/CDSL/BSE from time to time

  • Assisting in handling Investor Grievances as per regulatory guidelines

  • Assisting in Concurrent and Internal Audits and Inspection by SEBI/CDSL/BSE etc.

Software Test Engineer

  • Interact with users and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives and build automated test suites

  • Design and create test cases/conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases

  • Procure or create test data required for testing and set up the required test beds (hardware, software and network)

  • Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionality of system/s

  • Increasing quality and test coverage

  • Use white box testing, security testing, tools development, scripting to execute test cases for software solutions and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function

  • Utilize innovative test technologies to develop a product's testing strategy

  • Automation/manual testing of system/s, ensuring high-quality code with proper coding guidelines

  • Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts for automation of test cases and testing cycles

  • Create test logs and report test results, defects to the stakeholders

  • Participate in design and code inspections and troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

  • Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using Quality Center or similar tools/means

  • Develop new test methodologies or processes, re-evaluate existing processes & measure quality of system/s

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in product QA including doing code review / bug analysis, writing test tools and test automation

  • Strong technical background, detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities

  • Experience in working on Windows and Linux based environments

  • Experience in test automation tools like Selenium Web driver, Auto IT etc.

  • Strong coding, debugging and troubleshooting skills

Legal & Secretarial Executive

  • Preparation of notice, agenda & minutes for Board, General & Shareholders' meetings (AGM / EGM), annual returns and directors¿ reports and independently conduct meetings

  • Preparing and timely filing the various forms for regulatory filings with ROC / RBI / AMFI / BSE / CDSL

  • Maintenance & updation of various statutory registers required under Companies Act & other rules

  • Drafting & obtaining Board approval on various circular resolutions under Companies Act & rules

  • Compliance for issue of shares to residents / non-residents and related regulatory filings

  • Co-ordination with Statutory, Internal & Secretarial Auditors

Internal Auditor

  • Establish audit objectives, develop risk, compliance and audit related policies, processes and standards for the organization

  • Develop/update an internal audit manual describing the scope of internal audit, audit methodology, standard audit formats and checklists describing key control areas for audit of important areas/processes

  • Monitor adherence to the defined policies, procedures and standards by reviewing all financial and business systems & processes for their adequacy

  • Draft audit check list and audit procedure

  • Effectively conduct independent and comprehensive audits as per the Annual Audit Plan through the use of appropriate audit tools and procedures and follow-up on action plans as outlined in the audit plan

  • Identify critical control issues, areas of improvement and recommend corrective measures to strengthen the control systems

  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented by concerned departments within the specified time and closed as per plan

  • Review and report audit findings in the form of audit reports to senior management and group companies and lead interactions with internal stakeholders for speedy resolution of identified issues

  • Serve as an internal consultant and provide information, analysis and reports to stakeholders

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all audit working papers

  • Chartered Accountant with 2 plus years of experience in Internal Audit

  • Excellent communication skills including oral, written, report writing, and presentation skills

  • Up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards

  • Conflict resolution, negotiation and change management skills

Research Analyst

  • Conduct research on markets and funds analysis

  • Conduct presentations to clients with regards to research views

  • Work with content team for research content on web portals and magazine (including web casts, interviews and web articles)

  • Assist in funds set up process and ensuring proper due diligence before the funds are set up

  • Train analysts to understand the companys research methodology and improve their research capabilities

  • Conduct research with a business perspective attached to research

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accountancy or Engineering with 1 - 3 years of work experience in mutual fund / equity / market research

  • A professional certification (CFA/CFP/LIFA or equivalent) is desirable

Software Developer

  • Assist in project scoping and interact with users to gather requirements

  • Produce well-planned, well-structured, high-quality codes that have been independently unit tested

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain multi-tier web based applications using Java, J2EE, Struts, MVC, Weblogic, XML, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle, to support business requirements

  • Participate and contribute actively in the complete software development lifecycle, including performance analysis, design, development, and testing
