Q: How does referral work? What are the benefits?

A: Every time you refer a friend, colleague, acquaintance or family member to us, we reward you. On each referred account activation you will get 50 reward points (Rs 50). You can use these reward points on a specified merchant site for redemption.

Q: How can I refer my friend?

A: a. Login to your account
b. Click on My Investments tab
c. Refer a friend
d. Click on "Invite"
e. Enter your friend's name, contact number and email ID
f. A Thank you e-mail will be triggered to you and an invitation email will be triggered to your referred friend with a link
g. The referred friend has to click on the link and register/create an account or he/she may enter the referral code (received in the email) by registering through clicking on "Referred by friend" button available on our registration page. Print the application form, attach the required documents and send it to us.

On receipt of the application form with the required documents, the account will get activated and reward points will get credited to your account.

A: You may login to your account > My Investments > Refer a friend > My Referral > here you can check the account status of the referred friend.

Q: Can I re-invite my friend?

A: You may login to your account > My Investments > Refer a friend > My Referral > here you will get an option to re-invite your friend.

Q: What is the process to redeem the reward points?

A: You can login to your account > My Investments > Refer a friend > My Referral > Click on Redeem Point > you will get the options to redeem the points > click on the option. You will receive an email on your registered e-mail ID with e-coupon code which you can use at the merchant site.

Q: What is the validity period of coupon?

A: The validity of the coupon will be mentioned on the e-mail ID in which you have received the coupon code.

Q: What must I do if I lose my e-coupon code?

A: You may get in touch with us on 022-42199494 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday) from 09.30 am to 5.30 pm. We will help you to get the details again.
