Q: How can I change my password?

A: The provision to change your password is available on the website.

Online path: My Investment > Update Account > Change Password. You need to specify the current password, the new password and confirm the new password by re-entering it. The successful change of password will be confirmed by way of an alert on the website. An e-mail notification is also sent on the e-mail ID registered with us confirming that the password has been changed successfully.

Q: I have forgotten my investment account password. What must I do?

A: If you have forgotten your investment account password, click on Forgot Password on the login page. A pop-up window asks you to confirm your user ID and your response to your secret question.

Upon answering this secret question successfully, a hyperlink will be sent to your e-mail address in our system. Please click on the link in the e-mail within 20 minutes and follow the steps to reset your password:

1. Click on the above link which will be diverted to Fundsupermart.com
2. Answer the system generated question
3. Create a new password
4. Confirm the new password

Please note:
If the answer to your reminder question is wrong, a hyperlink will be sent to your e-mail address in our system. Please click on the link in the e-mail within an hour so that your password reset request will be captured successfully. A new password will be sent to your correspondence address. It will take about 4 to 5 business days for you to receive a new password.

In the event that you do not have the chance to click on the link within an hour, please repeat the online request process again.

Q: Can you send me the password via e-mail?

A: For security reasons we do not send passwords via e-mail. We only send out passwords in the form of a pin mailer via courier.

Q: I keep forgetting my login ID. What must I do?

A: At the time of creation of your account and any subsequent activity performed in it, you receive e-mail notifications to confirm the same. All our correspondence to you mentions your account number and login ID.

We advise that you retain these e-mail notifications as reference for at least a few weeks before discarding them.

Q: Under what circumstances can my investment account be locked? How can it be unlocked?

A: If you enter the login ID/ password incorrectly three times, the account will be locked. You can give us a call on our helpdesk number 022-42199494 to unblock the account.

Q: How can I update new details in my Fundsupermart account and with the fund house?

A: For certain changes in your account, you need to fill in required form available on the website and send it to us at the below mentioned address with the required details, and supporting documents to help us verify the change.

Q: What is the turnaround time to update the account details?

A: In our record the account will be updated within 2 working days of receiving the update request and supporting documents. With the AMC it will take 7-8 working days to get the details updated.
