Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute approved marketing and branding plans for fundsupermart.com business

  • Online: Ensure the website is able to reach out to investors

  • Offline: Ensure that the business is seen in the investor community via activities, seminars etc.

  • Implement marketing research, brand awareness, customer surveys, and analyze demands of the customers

  • Develop and maintain FSM branding and visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all PR and marketing materials and activities

  • Create, manage and update marketing materials collaterals including presentations, leaflets, posters, flyers, brochures, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools and liaising with printers and designers

  • Develop, execute and manage online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, search engine marketing and social media optimization

  • Build strong partnerships with asset management companies to grow awareness of mutual funds

  • Maintain and update mail databases and measure marketing campaigns

  • Constantly explore, recommend and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences

  • Plan, organize, execute and manage events and promotions including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 2 years working experience (Preferably in Marketing)

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Client-oriented, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition

  • Strong interest in investment products

  • Outspoken, initiative, self motivated and client centric

  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times

  • Some amount of connect with the press or experience in dealing with the press

  • Knowledge of internet and digital marketing, link building and Search Engine Optimization boosters

Software Developer

Responsibilities

  • Gather user technical requirements and translate them into system designs

  • Actively evaluate, design and develop software modules, application and solutions

  • Software testing and quality control

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Application, Technology or related field

  • Must have strong technical expertise in programming and coding skills

  • Development experience in Java is mandatory

  • Familiar with J2EE, MVC, Weblogic, XML and Oracle

  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges

  • Good/Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Team player with pleasant disposition

Operations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Complete all transactions assigned, which includes account opening, transaction processing, commission processing and reconciliation of transaction/account opening and other daily operations processes

  • Be quality focused and work efficiently to reduce cost by adopting various automation processes

  • Preparing various types of MIS on a periodic basis

  • Ensuring smooth operations within the company

  • Liaising with Fund Houses and Registrars and Transfer Agents with regards to orders and other operational matters

  • Assisting in implementing procedures

  • Proposing new enhancement and products of existing system

  • Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation actions are performed

Requirements

  • Skilled in Excel, MS Access, MS word

  • Understanding of commission calculation and above average skills in reconciliation and settlement activity

  • Graduate Degree in Commerce

  • Passionate, driven and result oriented

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior work experience in mutual fund operations preferred

  • Proficient in written English and communication skills

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
