Creative Designer
Responsibilities
- Design the companys websites and brand communication
- Understand business requirements and suggest designs accordingly
- Design and execute the layout of web content, corporate print and interactive materials (i.e. annual reports, magazines, logos, brochures, posters, advertising, web, e-mailers, newsletters, publication, etc)
- Develop HTML 5/Flash based Ad banners, Logos, etc
- Website design with CSS/Flash/HTML
- Give creative feedback and inputs on existing projects
- Shoot and Edit Videos
- Convert content into digital presentations e-books and interactive PDFs
- Liaise with suppliers
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media Design, or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Flash
- Good Knowledge in In-Design, Web Usability, HTML and CSS syntax
- Good Video-graphy and Photography skills
- Comfortable on the Mac platform
- Responsible & independent team player who can perform under tight deadlines
- Good command of English will be advantageous

Requirements

Business Development Manager - Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Handling the B2B (business to business) initiative of the company that focuses on developing tie-ups and managing relationships with financial advisors engaged in the business of selling mutual funds and / or insurance / other financial products
- Exploring opportunities for expanding universe of such existing advisors by introducing Mutual funds/ Life Insurance to other kinds of financial intermediaries (Postal agents, Stock brokers, Tax consultants, etc)
- Conducting training programs for the financial advisors and being actively involved in their development process
- Developing business plans and guiding the advisors in execution of the same
- Business Generation and Opportunity Identification
- Key Account Acquisition, Management and Relationship Building
- Planning, forecasting and reviewing of market trends

Requirements
- MBA with relevant experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of prior work experience

Content & Communications Specialist
Responsibilities
- Responsible for content development of companys websites
- Contribute well-directed investment/markets/mutual funds related articles and videos
- Interview international and domestic fund managers for market insights
- Work with multi-functional teams on contests, exhibits, campaigns, for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill
- Edit and review reports/communication submitted by research and customer service channels
- Work with senior management in disseminating the companys planned messages to print, TV and online media/journalists/press
Requirements
- Degree in Arts & Social Sciences, Business or Mass Communication
- Work experience: 1 year or less. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
- Keen interest in business and financial planning-related news
- Able to meet very tight deadlines
- Motivated, able to work well in a team as well as independently
