Q: What are the payment procedures?

A: You can make online payment for your transaction.

Q: When will my buy order be transacted if I make payment online?

A: If you place the buy transaction and make the online payment before the cut off time (10:20 am for liquid funds, and 01:20 pm for non liquid funds) the order will be transacted on the same day.

Any transaction approved after the cut off time will be submitted for processing on the next business day. Orders approved and submitted on a non-business day will be transacted on the next business day.

Q: Can I park my payment with you first so that I can invest without time lag?

A: No, you cannot park the payment with us. Whenever you want to place the transaction you need to make the payment online.

Q: Can I make partial payment?

A: The online payment is executed for the full investment amount. Partial payment is not possible.
